Will the minister put on the public record that this particular bill, despite the fact that it is going a long way in terms of ensuring that same-sex couples in public superannuation funds have the same entitlements as opposite-sex couples, does not guarantee the same entitlements for same-sex couples in public funds as it does for those in private funds?
