Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. I note that the government appears intent on acting regardless of the economic circumstances of the nation, but I ask the minister: will the 2010 introduction of the government’s emissions trading scheme be at all contingent upon a genuine global agreement on climate change being achieved at next year’s Copenhagen meeting?
