In accordance with the provisions of the Parliament Act 1974, I present a proposal for works within the Parliamentary Zone, relating to the National Portrait Gallery forecourt sculpture. I seek leave to give a notice of motion in relation to the proposal.

I give notice that, on 25 September 2008, I shall move:
That, in accordance with section 5 of the Parliament Act 1974, the Senate approves the proposal by the National Capital Authority for capital works within the Parliamentary Zone, being the National Portrait Gallery forecourt sculpture.
