I move:
- That the time for the presentation of reports of the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee be extended as follows:
- (a)
- Same-Sex Relationships (Equal Treatment in Commonwealth Laws—Superannuation) Bill 2008 and the provisions of the Same-Sex Relationships (Equal Treatment in Commonwealth Laws—General Law Reform) Bill 2008—to 8 October 2008; and
- (b)
- Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Laws Bill 2008 [No. 2]—to 14 October 2008.
