At the request of Senator Bob Brown, I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, he shall move:

That the Senate—

(a)

notes the death of Dame Anita Roddick, founder of the Body Shop, award-winning businesswoman, and campaigner against poverty and for the Earth’s environment; and

(b)

while celebrating her work, her generosity and her life, expresses its condolences to Dame Anita’s family and her friends and colleagues in the United Kingdom, the United Nations and around the world.
