The question now is that government amendments (10) to (13) be agreed to.

I move:

(6)    Schedule 2, item 2, page 8 (lines 9 to 12), omit the item, substitute:

2 Subsection 819(1)

Omit “or subparagraph 906(2)(b)(iv), paragraph 906(2)(c) or subsection 906(4)”.

The government opposes schedule 2, item 4 in the following terms:

The question is that government amendment (6) be agreed to.

The question now is that item 4 of schedule 2 stand as printed.
