Mr Speaker, I have a question for you concerning the administration of the House as it relates to today's matters of public importance. Can I begin my question by stating that I am in no way challenging or dissenting—

I want to explain to the House what's happened here. Things have moved quickly as a result of the suspension that the manager tried to do, so we had to deal with that. We've dealt with a resolution of the House, and the House has made a decision. That time for asking me a question has now passed because we've done four things. The House has passed the resolution with four things. We're going through those things now. If we are going to variate that, it'll have to be moved by a minister, and the House has voted on that. I can appreciate what you're saying, but we've passed that in time due to the actions that the House has taken and voted on.
