That the amended resolution of appointment for the House Select Committee on Cyber Security for Small to Medium Sized Businesses and Organisations be further amended to replace paragraph (16) with the following:

"(16) the provisions of this resolution, so far as they are inconsistent with the standing orders, have effect notwithstanding anything contained in the standing orders."
