Before I call the honourable member for Warringah, I'll just welcome a few guests to our parliament today. I'm pleased to advise that the Hon. Reece Whitby MLA, Minister for Police; Road Safety; Tourism; Great Southern, is accompanied by the Commissioner of the WA Police Force, Col Blanch. It's good to see Queenslanders in the gallery today: from the Queensland Legislative Assembly, Mr Mark Boothman MP, Dr Christian Rowan MP and Mr Glen Kelly MP. I'm also pleased to inform the House that present in the gallery today are representatives from Air T, who are visiting Australia from the United States following the acquisition of Rex Airlines.
