During question time today, the member for McMahon made reference to some comments that I made at a gathering recently. I would like to inform the member for McMahon that he is wrong and has misrepresented me. First of all, nobody is disputing climate change. Climate change is real, it has always happened and it always will. The question that I was asked was: have I ever seen any scientific, empirical, conclusive evidence that man-made emissions of carbon dioxide are changing the climate on planet Earth? Now, the answer to that is no, and I don't believe that it exists. There are many arguments on both sides of this argument, as we are all aware. Now, if the honourable member is in possession of this empirical, conclusive evidence, please give it to me.
