As members would know, this week the meeting of the Australian Local Government Association will be gathering in Canberra. I am pleased to inform the House, as I will be doing each day, that present in the gallery today are representatives from the Victorian and Queensland shire councils. We warmly welcome you to parliament.

Honourable members: Hear, hear!
