I have received advice from the Chief Government Whip and the Chief Opposition Whip nominating members to be members of certain committees.

Selection Committee—Mr Bandt be discharged and Mr Bates be appointed a member.
Joint Standing Committee on Electoral Matters—Mr Chester be discharged from the committee.
Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade—Mr Coleman be discharged and Mr Buchholz be appointed a member.
Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights—Mr Coleman and Mr Khalil be discharged and Mr Broadbent and Ms Murphy be appointed members.
Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit—Mr Coleman be discharged and Mr Pike be appointed a member.
