I have received advice from the Chief Government Whip that she has nominated Dr Reid to be a member of the Standing Committee on Communications and the Arts, in place of Mr Burns.

That Mr Burns be discharged from the Standing Committee on Communications and the Arts and that, in his place, Dr Reid be appointed a member of the committee.
