Before proceeding to the final stages, I will add my condolences to the family of the late Jocelyn Newman. I served with her in this place when I first came here. She was a wonderful Minister for Social Security and Minister for Family and Community Services and a great representative of the state of Tasmania in this place, and I add my condolences to those of others to her children, Campbell and Kate.

I understand it is the wish of the House to consider the matter immediately. The question is that the motion moved by the Hon. the Prime Minister be agreed to.
