I've just been informed that we have two members from the South Australian parliament with us today: Vickie Chapman, the member for Bragg and the deputy state Liberal leader and shadow Attorney-General; and Mr Stephan Knoll, the member for Schubert and the shadow minister for police, emergency and correctional services. On behalf of the House, I extend a warm welcome to you.

Honourable members: Hear, hear!
