I want to welcome some people to question time. I am pleased to inform the House we have joining us in the gallery today His Imperial Highness, Prince Ermias Sahle Selassie, President of the Crown Council of Ethiopia, and former Chief Minister of the Northern Territory, the Hon. Shane Stone AC QC. On behalf of the House, I extend a very warm welcome to you both. I would also like to inform the House we have in the gallery former senator the Hon. Alan Ferguson. On behalf of the House, I extend a welcome to you as well. I would also like to inform the House we have a special visitor joining us from the Parliament of the Republic of Fiji, the Hon. Inia Seruiratu, the Minister for Agriculture, Rural and Maritime Development and National Disaster Management. While I am at it, I would also like to inform the House that we have a delegation from the Carlton Football Club here today, led by the President, Mark LoGiudice.
