I inform the House that we have present in the chamber this afternoon His Excellency Tshering Tobgay, Prime Minister of Bhutan, accompanied by the ambassador to Australia, and also the Honourable Tim Fischer, former Deputy Prime Minister of Australia and former member for Farrer.
