Madam Speaker, in accordance with standing order 105(b) I ask that you write to the Minister for Defence seeking reasons for the delay in answering a question in writing. The relevant question appears as No. 720 on the Notice Paper and is now 72 days overdue. This is the fourth time I have asked about this question.
