I wish to advise that we have a number of distinguished guests with us in the Speaker's gallery this afternoon. Firstly, we have Mrs Rosario Marin, who is the 41st Treasurer of the United States of America—that was under President George W Bush—together with the Deputy Chief of Mission, Mr Thomas Dougherty, from the United States embassy. From Ireland, we have Minister Tom Hayes, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine—and that seems appropriate on St Patrick's Day. He is accompanied by His Excellency Mr Noel White, Ambassador of Ireland to Australia. As I said, we have a galaxy of visitors today, and we make all of them most welcome.
