I inform the House that the Prime Minister will be absent from question time today while he attends the inauguration of Indonesia's new President, Joko Widodo. I will answer questions on his behalf and also on behalf of the Treasurer, while he attends the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Finance Ministers' Meeting in Beijing this week.

I also inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will be absent from question time today as she returns from Iraq, where she has been meeting with senior government representatives. The Minister for Immigration will answer questions on her behalf.
