Yesterday the member for Fraser raised a point of order under standing order 68 in relation to remarks made about him by the Prime Minister. I said after the member raised the point of order I would watch to see what the Prime Minister had said, and I have done that. Should the Prime Minister wish to refer to the views of the member for Fraser as those as being expressed in his book, he must make this clear so as not to infringe standing order 68. In yesterday's case this was not clear and the member for Fraser was entitled to invoke standing order 68.
