I inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will be absent from question time today. She is in Indonesia to sign the Australia-Indonesia joint understanding on a code of conduct with Indonesian foreign minister Marty Natalegawa.

The Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions on her behalf and on behalf of the Minister for Trade and Investment.
