I inform the House that the Minister for Trade and Investment will be absent from question time this week as he is participating in the 9th Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization, in Bali. He is then co-chairing the 38th Cairns Group Ministerial Meeting. The Minister for Foreign Affairs will answer questions on his behalf.
