Madam Speaker, I inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will again be absent from question time today, as she is in Sri Lanka at the Commonwealth conference. The Minister for Trade and Investment will answer questions on her behalf. The Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions on behalf of the Attorney-General and the Minister for Defence.
