I inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will be absent from question time today. She is at the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Sri Lanka. The Minister for Trade and Investment will answer questions on her behalf. The Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions on behalf of the Attorney-General and the Minister for Defence.
