Before I call the parliamentary secretary, I would like to say that I understand this is the last occasion on which Mr Barry Gwyther will perform duty as the Serjeant-At-Arms in the Federation Chamber before he retires. It is fitting that, on behalf of all members, I thank him for his service. I now call the parliamentary secretary.
