I inform the House that the Minister for Resources, Energy and Tourism will be absent from question time today. He will be with his brother Laurie, the member for Werriwa, and they will be attending the funeral of their mother. I am sure the thoughts of everybody in the House today are with the family. The minister will be represented by the Minister for Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government. He will also be absent on Monday and Tuesday next week, attending an APEC energy ministerial meeting in Russia.
