Yesterday in the House the shadow Treasurer referred to me by name in a statement that the Labor controlled House Standing Committee on Economics had used the majority numbers to block an inquiry into the Corporations Amendment (Phoenixing and Other Measures) Bill 2012. The process of the committee is under privilege so I cannot go into detail, but I would refer the House to the public record, which is the minutes of the meeting of 21 February, which is up on the website.
