Ms Rowland be discharged from the Joint Standing Committee on the National Broadband Network and that, in her place, Ms Rishworth be appointed a member of the committee; and Mr Turnbull be appointed a supplementary member of the Standing Committee on Infrastructure and Communications for the purpose of the committee’s Inquiry into the Telecommunications Universal Service Management Agency Bill 2011, the Telecommunications Legislation Amendment (Universal Service Reform) Bill 2011 and the Telecommunications (Industry Levy) Bill 2011.
