I inform the House that the Minister for Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government and Minister for the Arts will be absent from question time today as he is attending Mr Bill Hunter's memorial service in Melbourne. The Minister for Infrastructure and Transport will answer questions in relation to regional Australia, regional development and local government. The Minister for School Education, Early Childhood and Youth will answer questions in relation to the arts on behalf of the arts minister.
