Before giving the call to the member for Hunter, can I say I am reliably informed by him that we have present in the gallery this afternoon Chris Tremain, the Senior Whip in the New Zealand House of Representatives. On behalf of the House, I extend a very warm welcome to our visitor. I usually say 'even though he is a member of the whips club', but he is warmly welcomed.
