I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon the Hon. David Buffett, Chief Minister of Norfolk Island; the Hon. Craig Anderson, the Norfolk Island Minister for Finance and the Attorney-General; and the Hon. Peter Collier, the Western Australian Minister for Energy, Minister for Employment and Training and Minister for Indigenous Affairs. On behalf of the House, I extend to them all a very warm welcome—hopefully, not as warm as it is for me in the chair!
