I inform the House that the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs and the Minister for Defence Personnel will be absent from question time today as he is addressing the RSL New South Wales State Congress. The Minister for Defence Materiel and Science and Minister Assisting the Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency will answer questions on his behalf.
