I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon members of a parliamentary delegation from the Kingdom of Bhutan led by His Excellency Lyonpo Jigme Tshultim, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Bhutan, and His Excellency Thrizin Namgay Penjore, Chairperson of the National Council of the Kingdom of Bhutan. On behalf of the House I extend a very warm welcome to our visitors.
