I inform the House that the Minister for Defence will be absent from question time today as he is attending the five power defence arrangements meeting in Malaysia. The Minister for Foreign Affairs will answer questions on his behalf. The Minister for Resources and Energy and Minister for Tourism will be absent from question time today as he is addressing the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association conference in Darwin. The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry will answer questions on his behalf.
