I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon the Deputy Speaker of the German Bundestag, Dr Wolfgang Thierse, and the Director-General Research and International Relations, Dr Urlick Scholer. On behalf of the House, I extend a very warm welcome to our visitors. I am sure that the welcome is as enthusiastic as the participation of members in question time.
