I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon Mr Charles Chauvel, the New Zealand Parliamentary Secretary to the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice. On behalf of the House, I extend to him a very warm welcome. I also notice in the gallery the Hon. Con Sciacca and the Hon. David Simmons, former ministers and members of this place. I am sure that they will be given warm welcomes—and in some places in the chamber they will be warmer than in others.
