I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon delegates attending the Political Party Development Course at the Centre for Democratic Institutions. The delegates are from East Timor, Fiji, Indonesia, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.
