I inform the House that the Minister for Local Government, Territories and Roads will be absent from question time today and for the remainder of the week. He is in New Zealand to chair a meeting of the Local Government and Planning Ministers Council. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Transport and Regional Services will answer questions on his behalf.
