Mr Speaker, I inform the House that I will be absent from question time tomorrow as I will be in New Zealand to attend the annual trans-Tasman prime ministerial talks. The Deputy Prime Minister, who will act as Prime Minister during my absence abroad, will answer questions on my behalf.
