Thank you, Prime Minister, and I thank the member for Warringah. I note her proposed amendment this morning related to AI generated content in the debate on the digital duty of care. As the communications minister said, I can confirm that an AI generated image that causes serious harm, even if it's not of an intimate nature, can be defined as adult cyberabuse and can be taken down by the eSafety Commissioner under the Online Safety Act. Building on the Adult Cyber Abuse Scheme and Image-Based Abuse Scheme, the duty will also require platforms to have systems in place to prevent this harm from occurring, and material or content that does not cause serious harm is not the content of this bill. Again, just to reiterate the Prime Minister's comments, this is a whole-of-government effort in responding to the safety needs here, and I look forward to continuing constructive discussions with the honourable member and anyone else in this place.
