My question is to the Treasurer. Treasurer, our biggest import item—three times bigger than any other—is petrol. We export oil for $8,000 million and import petrol for $62,000 million—three times higher than any other item. Brazil is 60 per cent ethanol. America is 16 per cent ethanol. Australia is zero. Brazil is $1.60 a litre. America is $1.90 a litre. Australia is $2.60. Fifty-four per cent of Queensland's electricity comes from China, solar panels. Coal fired power and ethanol will give a $20,000 Christmas present to every Australian. Why won't you deliver this Christmas present, Treasurer?
