It's the return under the new leader of the Greens, Senator Shoebridge, of a determination by the opposition and the Greens party to team up and thwart every sensible measure this government seeks to bring before this parliament at such difficult times. The Manager of Opposition Business talks about arrogance. There wasn't even a debate in this parliament. No argument has been made about the equity issues that are rightly raised by this question.
