Before I call the member for Adelaide, I'm pleased to inform the House that joining us today is a parliamentary delegation from the National Diet of Japan, led by His Excellency Mr Masakazu Sekiguchi, President of the Senate, a delegation of senators and His Excellency the Japanese Ambassador to Australia. On behalf of all members, I wish you a very warm welcome to Australia and particularly to the House of Representatives.

Honourable members: Hear, hear!
