Order! No. The member will pause and take his seat, and he'll begin his question again. I have warned the member for Spence. It doesn't matter where you sit in this chamber. If you're under a warning—and I'm glad he's got the message—he's leaving the chamber under 94(a). It is simply unacceptable, if people are on warnings and then minutes later they interject.

The member for Spence then left the chamb er.
