My question is to the Minister for Housing. On Monday, the minister said she was 'damn proud' of Labor's broken promises on capital tax gains and negative gearing. Today, Australia's biggest rental property manager, Ray White, said rents could surge by 30 per cent as a result of Labor's toxic taxes. Is the minister 'damn proud' of making millions of Australians pay higher rents?
