The original question was that this bill be now read a second time. To this, the honourable member for Lindsay has moved as an amendment that all words after 'that' be admitted with a view to substituting other words. The immediate question is the amendment be agreed to. A division is required. In accordance with standing order 133, the division is deferred until the first opportunity the next sitting day.
