Cue the awes, alright. That's outrageous. In the March quarter, dwelling commencements have dropped by 11 per cent, and, for renters, Labor's housing crisis arrives every week when the rent is due. Did you know that at the moment 33 per cent of the median income is used on rent? That is completely outrageous. Sadly only the coalition will be the ones to restore homeownership as the centrepiece of the Australian dream. Step No. 1 is winding back Labor's toxic taxes.
