No. I had begun the MPI. So that everyone's clear, when members are seeking to make a personal explanation or put a question, normally they let me know as a courtesy—it's not compulsory—so that I can prepare the order of business. In this case, I had begun the matter of public importance. When people wish to suspend standing orders, they may wish to advise me—that's another courtesy—so I can assist with the running of the House. In this case, I'm going to proceed with the matter of public importance because that's what I had begun to call on before I went to the member for Mayo. I apologise to the member for Warringah.
