The Treasurer will pause. There is far too much noise. I'm not happy with the level of noise. That clapping and yelling will stop.

When I'm bringing the House to order and reminding everyone about the standards and dignity of this House, trust me, that's not the time to interject. I'm asking everyone to be a little better today. The Treasurer has the call.
